At SHRED., we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
